This review sounds like he's trying to compare Skyward Sword to Assassin's Creed and Skyrim. He even mentions Skyrim's 50 perfect scores and how Nintendo hasn't learned anything from that... or something. Completely irrelevant.

Well, to be fair, there have been a ton of great games to come out from the start of 2010 to now. Just not a whole lot this year.

That's funny, because the exact same thing happens in UC3. Drake finds clue, clue is stolen by Talbot, Talbot is already at the Citadel, Talbot steals another clue, etc etc. The end is pretty much exactly the same, too, with the crumbling city you have to escape from.

Skyward Sword is much more innovative and inventive than Skyrim, but Skyrim is far deeper and immersive than Skyward Sword. Tbh they're vastly different games... Good thing I'll be getting both.

That's true, but at least GTA uses something to try and explain why certain areas are blocked off. In Vice City there's a road block on the bridges because of a storm.
